Robert Dorcey, CPA, MBA
Owner
Rob began his public career in 1998 with regional and national firms. He has a broad range of experience with business entities, multi-state tax, and individual income tax helping clients around the world. After many years of experience, he established his own practice, Elite Tax & Financial. He is an active member of the community serving with Rotary, President of the local Goodfellows organization, and has served 6 years with the Shiawassee Chamber of Commerce Board where he now serves on the Operations Committee.
Brenda Gordon
Senior Accountant
Brenda has worked in public accounting for over 30 years in multiple states. She has experience in accounting and payroll as well as federal, state, and local tax preparation. Her hobbies include road trips, reading, and spending time with family.
James Coldiron
Senior Accountant
James joined Rob Dorcey’s team in 2016. Prior to transitioning to full-time accounting, he managed and owned multiple businesses where he quickly learned the importance of accounting and financial planning. When not crunching numbers, James likes to spend time with his family and friends on the lake or chasing elk through the western part of the Rockies.
Anna Salava
Accountant
Anna has been serving in roles related to accounting, tax preparation, and payroll since 2018. Her previous experience was in customer service and banking. Her hobbies include cross-stitching, painting, and playing with her dogs.
